Inspired from the design of bows and tactical slings, the SPARQ Speed Hurdle's innovative design adjusts to two positions and collapses flat for easy storage and transport. Provides the coach or athlete with two sizes that can be quickly set to 6" or 12" heights. Can be used for numerous drills including lateral side step drills with high knees as well as jump and cut drills. A great tool to be used for the coach or the athlete in the backyard to increase speed, power and agility for all sports. Storage ring for hanging hurdles flat. Durable, lightweight ABS base provides stability for use in drills. Durable heavy-duty webbing adds safe hurdle cross bar.
